Danish parliament misinformed on Nord Stream 1

The Danish parliament was misled to believe it had no alternative but to accept the Nord Stream 1 project back in 2009, reports Politiken. "You couldn't get any impression other than that Denmark only had the chance to say yes," MP and former foreign minister Martin Lidegaard said. The old decision was based on information from the Danish Energy Agency and may impact the decision on Nord Stream 2.
