New hint at US in-flight laptop ban
By EUobserver
The head of the US department of homeland security, John Kelly, said on Sunday that banning laptops on international flights might be necessary because terrorists are "obsessed" with "knocking down an airplane in flight, particularly if it’s a US carrier, particularly if it’s full of mostly US folks." He told Fox News that no decision has been taken yet. Discussions on the issue are still ongoing with the EU.
