Report: Corporate lobbyists dominate ECB
By EUobserver
Corporate Europe Observatory, a pro-transparency group, in a report out on Tuesday says that advisory groups for the European Central Bank in Frankfurt are dominated by corporate lobbyists. It found that 508 of 517 available seats across its 22 advisory groups were assigned to representatives of private financial institutions. It listed major banks such as Germany's Deutsche Bank and the French BNP Paribas as among the lobbyists.
