Poll: Half of Germans see their country weakened

Forty-seven percent of Germans consider that their country is "rather or much weakened" in the EU and globally by the failure last month of talks to form a government between Christian Democrats, Liberals and Greens, according to a poll for the Koerber Foundation. Forty percent said however that the situation will have "no consequences".
