Hungary to hold parliamentary election on 8 April

Hungary will hold its parliamentary election on April 8, president Janos Ader said on Thursday in a statement, according to MTI news agency. Prime minister Viktor Orban's ruling Fidesz party is expected to win its third consecutive mandate to govern by a comfortable majority, with the nationalist Jobbik party holding second place in opinion polls, and the Socialists being a distant third.
