Moscovici to Greece: 'no more memoranda'

EU finance commissioner Pierre Moscovici said that "there will be no more memoranda" for Greece after the country leaves the current bailout programme in August. While in Athens, he told the ANA-MPA news agency that he could see the "light at the end of the tunnel" but added that "there will also need to be an appropriate type of post-programme surveillance in place."
