UK: EU trade deal without services 'unfair'

"It is hard to see how any deal that did not include services could look like a fair and balanced settlement," UK's chancellor of the exchequer Philip Hammond said Wednesday, after the EU presented its draft guidelines for post-Brexit agreement that do not include financial services. In a speech at HSBC bank, Hammond insisted that the UK "cannot sign up to automatically accept as-yet-unknown future rule changes."
