Finland, Sweden, UK erode export safeguards on surveillance tech

Internal EU documents, released by German digital rights blog netzpolitik.org and Reporters Without Borders Germany, show how Finland, Sweden, and the UK are watering down the European Commission's human rights safeguards when it comes the export of surveillance technology. The Commission had in 2016 proposed a new regulation for export controls of surveillance technology.
