House prices up by 15 percent in EU since 2010

House prices grew overall by 15 percent in the EU between 2010 and 2018 on average - but with big differences from country to country, according new figures from Eurostat. The highest increases were observed in Estonia (+83%), Latvia (+61%), Austria (+56%), Sweden (+55%) and Luxembourg (+50%), while the largest decreases were recorded in Italy (-17%), Spain (-12%) and Cyprus (-8%).
