Time for colonisers to 'give back' to Africa, Ramaphosa tells EU

South Africa's president Cyril Ramaphosa said on Thursday that a new partnership between Africa and Europe means "in many ways, for former colonisers to give back to the continent". This renewed relationship should trigger investment in African economies and infrastructures, he said ahead of the meeting with leaders of the EU and the African Union.
