Hungary's recovery – still half way to go

As Hungary prepares for elections, the main question is what a new government, with limited room for manoeuvre, could do to overcome the economic crisis.\n \nWith its strict fiscal policy, the Bajnai government was able to bring the Hungarian economy back from the edge, but had little time for deeper reform. The government was formed in April 2009, at a time when Hungarians had already been through massive social welfare cuts.
