EU migration funds helped finance Libyan seaside boulevard

EU funds meant to tackle irregular migration in Africa have helped finance the Al Shabbi seafront corniche in Libya's Benghazi, restored a Roman theatre at Sabratha, and delivered a blender to a school with no electricity.
