Four individuals who were sanctioned for allegedly funding Al-Qaeda have appeared before the European Court of Justice in a case which threatens the legitimacy of a key EU anti-terror measure.
The four - one Saudi National and three Swedes - are challenging allegations that they channelled money through charitable foundations that were acting as a front for terrorist fundraising.
