EU defence ministers are on the look-out for volunteers among member states to lead peace-keeping EU forces in Congo during the African state's presidential elections this summer.
Meeting for a two-day session at the Austrian resort of Innsbruck starting on Monday (6 March), ministers will try to flesh out a plan to send an EU military force to back UN peacekeepers in Congo during the elections in June.
