The European Commission will on Wednesday (16 September) unveil its position on the EU draft Constitution.
Just over two weeks before the start of the intergovernmental debate (IGC) to tie up the loose ends in the Treaty blueprint (October 4), the Brussels executive is to formally come clean about the aspects it does not like.
