Slovenia is to become the third country to decide on the European Constitution when its parliament votes on the document on Tuesday (1 February).
According to news agency APA, the Constitution is expected to pass relatively easily through parliament as none of the seven political parties represented in the parliament has raised severe objections to it.
If the Constitution is accepted, Slovenia will become the third country after Lithuania and Hungary to ratify the document.
