Polish farmers up in arms over EU cash delays

Polish farmers are planning to set up road blockades in 30 places in Poland between 10:00 and 11:00 CET on Tuesday (26 July) to push Warsaw to change the rules on EU farm subsidies, the popular daily Gazeta Wyborcza reports.

Some government ministers believe the move is just a pre-election stunt, however.
