EU opens new front line against Google

The EU has written to Google amid allegations that it is abusing its dominant position in the online advertising business.

The European Commission in a letter to the giant US firm asked for clarification on how it operates its search engine and sells ads, UK daily The Telegraph reported on Wednesday (24 February).
