Tehran skips high-level EU nuclear meeting

Iran's sudden one day delay of a planned high-level nuclear meeting on Wednesday (5 July) in Brussels has sparked bemusement in the EU, as international impatience mounts.

"I was surprised to hear that Dr Ali Larijani…has decided at the last minute to postpone his trip to Brussels," EU top diplomat Javier Solana said in a statement.
