African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) states are to send a high-level delegation to Zimbabwe ahead of two major EU-ACP summits in spring.
The move comes after ACP countries boycotted a joint EU-ACP parliamentary assembly in Brussels in November because the EU refused to suspend their travel ban against two Zimbabwean delegates who are members of the country's ruling Zanu-PF led by Robert Mugabe.
