EU leaders are next week set to reject a European Commission plan to reduce national vetoes on justice and criminal matters, according to draft summit conclusions.
The draft conclusions of the 15-16 June summit circulated by the Austrian presidency on Wednesday (7 June) indicate that Brussels does not have enough support for its flagship plan to shift a large number of justice decisions from the national to the EU level.
