EUOBSERVER / EP-elections 2004 - On 13 June some 2.5 million Lithuanians are to elect 13 members of the European Parliament for the first time.

While many of the current EU member states expect to see a very low turn out in this June's European elections, it seems things will be different in Lithuania.
