Transnational referendum debate on new EU treaty

Today, Thursday the Initiative & Referendum Institute Europe (IRI) is holding a roundtable concerning the European Referendum Challenge.

The meeting will discuss how the new Constitutional Treaty of the European Union drafted by the Convention on the Future of Europe should be ratified and how the peoples of Europe can be involved in this ratification process.
