Microsoft has laid down its arms in its fight against EU sanctions.
The software giant has decided not to appeal against a European court order which will enforce sanctions against its monopolistic tendencies.
"Rather than seeking to suspend the Commission's remedies, Microsoft's focus now is on working constructively with the Commission on their full and prompt implementation", the firm said in a statement.
