Hard work to sell the Constitution to the British

If you look at the enormity of the step, it is amazing how quickly it has been achieved. That was the opinion of Elmar Brok, an influential German Christian Democrat member of the European Convention. His claim came amid the European Parliament's general congratulation and acclaim for the the historic achievement represented by the Convention on the Future of Europe's draft Constitution.
