BERLIN and BRUSSELS - Germany expects the Serbian government to ensure a stable business environment for foreign investors. Industry urged foreign minister Guido Westerwelle to take the message to Belgrade on his four-nation Balkan trip starting today.
Mr Westerwelle, a liberal and Chancellor Angela Merkel's deputy in the ruling "black and yellow" coalition, is expected in Zagreb on Wednesday (25 August), before going to Belgrade, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo.
