Two EU referenda in Norway possible after 2005

Norway's prime minister, Kjell Magne Bondevik, has spoken for the first time of a third EU membership debate in Norway, saying that a new referendum is more likely to come about than not. Mr Bondevik would like to assess the outcome of the Convention and enlargement before the new debate starts in Norway.
