EU commissioners to set out for joint trip to Africa

European Commission president Jose Manuel Barroso is organising a joint trip of his Brussels' team to the seat of the African Union in Addis Ababa to talk about immigration and other areas where both blocs are active.

Around 15 commissioners are expected to join the meeting with their African counterparts on 1-2 October.

The list of so far confirmed participants for the Africa tour includes - apart from Mr Barroso - Franco Frattini (justice), Luis Michel (development), Andris Pie...
