Duisenberg refuses publication of ECB votes

Speaking in the European Parliament July session in Strasbourg on Tuesday, president of the European Central Bank, Wim Duisenberg, turned down a request from the MEPs for the publication of votes and the minutes of meetings in the Bank's Governing body.
