New Kaliningrad transit rules implemented

Starting on 1 February, Lithuania implemented the new regulations for Russian travel to the enclave of Kaliningrad, as decided last November between Russia and the EU.

The agreement of the two parties enables Russian citizens to travel through Lithuanian territory, using transit documents. A special document is also be available for rail travel.
