Poland has joined France in fierce criticism of the UK's latest EU budget proposals, raising fears that the EU summit on Thursday (15 December) and Friday, could end with no deal.
"If the British proposal stays as it is, it will be vetoed by Poland", prime minister Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz said two hours after the UK published its new offer, PAP reports.
