EU's new energy policy born

The EU's new Energy Policy for Europe, (EPE) got its official name and a bombastic endorsement by the European Commission on Friday (24 March), but it will take the rest of the year to work out details of the scheme, with protectionism and sovereignty hurdles left to overcome.
