EU governments clash on non-EU nationals' status

Refugees have been removed from a directive aimed at granting third-country nationals who have resided for more than 5 years in an EU country, freedom of mobility from one member state to another. \n\t\nThis change was made due to German and Spanish resistance, sources said.
