On Tuesday the Yugoslav parliament consigned itself to the history books. After almost 74 years in existence, the Yugoslav federation has been dissolved to be replaced by a loose union of Serbia and Montenegro, the two remaining republics.
The republics' population of 10 million will have two currencies, the dinar in Serbia and the euro in Montenegro.
