A long-awaited plan for eurozone reform was announced after the Eurogroup meeting of Monday (19 November) by finance ministers Olaf Scholz and Bruno Le Maire.
The German-Franco driven initiative is expected to bring discussion on the Eurozone back to the political forefront.
However, at the same time its chances to succeed faces several obstacles and challenges.
