Foreign ministers set for tough talks on Middle East, Iran

EU foreign ministers are gathering in a Finnish lakeside fortress to discuss strategy on the Middle East and Iran amid fresh and controversial plans by the Finnish EU presidency to open contact with the Palestinian Hamas movement.
