Russia tried to buy €36m anti-EU votes in Moldova

Moldovan authorities said on Thursday (24 October) that the country’s police uncovered a transfer of $39m (€36m) from the sanctioned Russian bank Promsvyazbank, intended for electoral corruption in Moldova.
