Centre-right MEPs plan plenary protest against Morales

Centre-right MEPs are planning to stage protests against the Bolivian leader Evo Morales when he addresses the plenary in Strasbourg next week, arguing the parliament cannot stay quiet about the damage to European interests made by the president's decision to nationalise Bolivia's oil and gas sector.
