Robert Fico, has attempted to soothe EU concern on recent anti-Hungarian events in Slovakia, saying there is no link between the nationalist party in his ruling coalition and the incidents.
On his first visit to Brussels as the new Slovak leader on Thursday (7 September), Mr Fico had to respond to questions on concerns over the minority rights situation in his country.
