EU leaders are preparing to push back against an apparent US-Russia detente, as Europe also fine-tunes plans to use Moscow's frozen funds for Kyiv.
They aimed to reaffirm "continued and unwavering support for Ukraine's ... territorial integrity within its internationally recognised borders," at their summit in Brussels on 18 December.
